Marley 75: Rat Race 2020 (2020) | Lola Luid
On Thursday 6 February, Bob Marley’s 75th birthday, Lola Luid will host an evening around the new short film Rat Race 2020 (2020), in which JoChen wonders what we can learn from Marley’s birthday in combination with Chinese New Year, which started on January 25. Besides the short film, the evening will feature many of Marley’s songs. The event is free of charge and open for all to join!

From February 1-20, Caribbean Creativity, Melkweg Film, De Balie, Rialto, Filmtheater de Uitkijk, Studio/K, Filmhuis Cavia, Oxville Cinema, Theater Vrijburcht, Lola Luid, Paradiso Noord – Tolhuistuin, Reggae Vibrations, LantarenVenster, Filmhuis Den Haag and Filmhuis Alkmaar join forces to honor the ultimate King of Reggae. During the Marley75 Film Festival we shine the spotlight on Marley, his music and his homeland Jamaica, and celebrate his life and legacy with premieres, classics and parties.
