๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—–๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—น๐˜†๐—ป ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ is Professor Emerita of Literary and Cultural Studies at the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica. In the 1980s, she was an active member of the Womenโ€™s Studies Working Group at Mona. In the 1990s, she wrote a bilingual English/Jamaican column for the Jamaica Observer. From 2009-2024, she wrote a column for the Jamaica Sunday Gleaner.
