๐๐ฟ. ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ also invited Kingston-based Dutch filmmaking duo ๐๐บ๐ถ๐ฒ๐น ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ and ๐๐น๐๐ถ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ to discuss their much-talked-about documentary ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต ๐๐ป๐ป๐ฎ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ: ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ’๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐๐๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ, made in collaboration with ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐๐ and ๐๐ฒ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐บ๐ฑ๐ถ. ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐๐ป ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ is Professor Emerita of Literary and Cultural Studies at the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica. In the 1980s, she was an active member of the Womenโs Studies Working Group at Mona. In the 1990s, she wrote a bilingual English/Jamaican column for the Jamaica Observer. From 2009-2024, she wrote a column for the Jamaica Sunday Gleaner.
